We use our knowledge of the market to evaluate your home and go over our market strategies with you to ensure getting your home leased quickly and at a good rate. We understand your home is your investment and use a 4 step screening process including a criminal background check to evaluate any potential tenant. Lack of communication is one of the biggest complaints in our industry and we feel that we can set ourselves apart by being accessible, being prompt with communication, and follow up. Lastly, we are a performance based company. There are no up front fees, our ability to get paid is tied to collecting rent on your behalf.
